FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

It is the owner’s responsibility to acquire the building permits for their structures. The best way to go about this is to call your county or city’s office and ask them these questions:

  • Am I required to apply for a building permit?
  • Do I require an engineered building?
  • Do I require a FR building cover?
  • At what point is my structure considered “permanent” and what foundation do I require then?
  • How long will it take to process the permit?

Currently we do not. We are working to open up more options for you in the near future.

We currently only install the base portable building, with our sliding barn style door, vertical lift door or man door access. We suggest that you find a local contractor or business to look after any other other building needs.

We suggest to maintenance your portable fabric building once to twice a year, preferably after winter. General maintenance includes tightening all ratchets and checking the frame for loose parts. Learn more about our maintenance package here.

Yes, we can repair both structural and the fabric cover. For more information on replacement covers, visit this link.

It’s best to message us for repairs directly via email, preferably with some building photos.

We only use the NovaShield 400 and ELITE series for our building covers. Learn more about NovaShield here.

Weather All Shelters acquired “All Weather Shelters” in June 2019. Our buildings and parts are compatible with each other, and we still service, repair and offer various other services for All Weather buildings.
